# 8711 Series Programming Tool Instructions

### Preparation:

Programming Tool: <a href="javascript:void(0);" onclick="checkLogin('/assets/download/A316/ImageTool.zip')">Download Link</a>

Enter Programming Mode: Press and hold the download button first, then press and hold the chip button. The serial port will print \0. Then release both buttons together.

Print Mode: Press the chip button once

### I. Getting Started - After downloading the tool, locate the file shown in the image and double-click to open

### II. After opening the software, click "File", then click "Open" to select the file

### III. Select the file "AmebaDplus FreeRTOS NOR.rdev" as the third option, which is for programming the 8711 firmware
The 6th option is for programming 8730 firmware, select according to your requirements

### IV. After selecting the configuration file, select the firmware to be programmed, ensuring the names match

### V. As shown in the image, select the serial port, baud rate, and other information (normally auto-selected). After verification, click "Download" at the bottom to start programming

### VI. After programming completes without errors, check the serial device printout. Normal log output indicates successful programming
